  • Our customer reviews This book can be beneficial for people experiencing self harm, recovered harmers, carers or professionals. It gives you an insight into a world that has been crowded by stereotypes and stigma. The only thing I would warn against is it can be triggering, but if you're curious about the why, who, where and when of self harming, I would definitely recommend this. This book isn't trying to sway you into self harm or out of it, its just telling it like it is. I found it was a really good way to educate myself further on this topic.
